Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C) or, if grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Prep the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen shears, cut down the shell of each lobster tail without cutting into the meat. Gently pull apart the shell and lift the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
  • Make the Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and zest. Season with salt and pepper.
